Privacy Policy
Your privacy is critically important to us!
At 2111 Consulting we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We severely dislike websites that ask for your mother’s maiden name or bank details, e.g. information that can be misappropriated and used for identity theft.)
- We don’t share your personal information with any third parties except to comply with the law or to protect our rights.
- Within the 2111 Consulting group of companies, any personal information you voluntarily share with us may be utilised to stay in contact, or to inform you of new products or services. If you request no contact, then we will still contact you in relation to whichever service you have contracted with 2111 Consulting, but not for any other reason.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
If you have questions about deleting or correcting your personal data please contact our support team.
Below is our privacy policy which incorporates these goals:
Website Visitors
Like most website operators, 2111 Consulting collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. 2111 Consulting’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how 2111 Consulting’s visitors use its website. From time to time, 2111 Consulting may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
2111 Consulting also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on our websites. 2111 Consulting only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the website where the comment was left.
Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information
Certain visitors to 2111 Consulting’s websites choose to interact with 2111 Consulting in ways that require 2111 Consulting to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that 2111 Consulting gathers depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, we ask visitors who register at ComposeTheFuture.com to provide a username and email address and make optional a request for additional information which will enhance the user’s experience of the website.
Those who engage in transactions with 2111 Consulting - by requesting we quote for or supply a service, for example - are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and organisational information required to process those transactions. In each case, 2111 Consulting collects such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfil the purpose of the visitor’s or client’s interaction with 2111 Consulting. 2111 Consulting does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below. And visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent us from engaging with the visitor or client in certain activities.
Aggregated Statistics
2111 Consulting may collect statistics about the behaviour of visitors to its websites. For instance, 2111 Consulting may monitor the ComposeTheFuture.com site to help identify spam. 2111 Consulting may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, 2111 Consulting does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.

Some of those employees, contractors and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using 2111 Consulting’s websites, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. 2111 Consulting will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than to its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations, as described above, 2111 Consulting discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when 2111 Consulting believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of 2111 Consulting, third parties or the public at large. If you are a registered user of a 2111 Consulting website and have supplied your email address, 2111 Consulting may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with 2111 Consulting and our products. We primarily use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users. 2111 Consulting takes all measures reasonably necessary to protect against the unauthorized access, use, alteration or destruction of potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information.
